Rare earth elements are known as the "vitamins of industry," possessing irreplaceable magnetic, optical, and electrical properties. Due to their significant effects with minimal usage, rare earth elements have become essential in upgrading product structures, increasing technological content, and promoting technological progress across various industries. Metallurgical Industry

Rare earth has been applied in the metallurgical field for over 30 years, and relatively mature technologies and processes have been developed. The application of rare earth in steel and non-ferrous metals is a broad and extensive field with promising prospects. Adding rare earth metals or fluorides and silicides to steel can refine the structure, desulfurize, neutralize harmful low-melting-point impurities, and improve the processing properties of steel. Rare earth ferrosilicon and rare earth silicon-magnesium alloys are used as nodulizers to produce rare earth ductile iron. This type of ductile iron is particularly suitable for producing complex ductile iron castings with special requirements and is widely used in the machinery manufacturing industries such as automobiles, tractors, and diesel engines. Adding rare earth metals to non-ferrous alloys such as magnesium, aluminum, copper, zinc, and nickel can improve the physical and chemical properties of the alloys and enhance their mechanical properties at both room temperature and high temperatures.

The ZJ series fluidized bed ultrafine micro crusher utilizes multiple oppositely arranged nozzles to generate high-speed airflow, which accelerates the material to supersonic speeds. The particles collide at the intersection of the nozzles, achieving ultrafine crushing. The crushed material is carried by the rising airflow into the classifier's grading chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading rotor, particles experience both the centrifugal force generated by the rotor and the centripetal force caused by the airflow's viscosity. When the centrifugal force on a particle exceeds the centripetal force, particles larger than the grading size return to the crushing chamber for further impact crushing, while finer particles are carried by the airflow into the cyclone separator and collector for collection. The gas is discharged by the induced draft fan. 

The ZJ series fluidized bed airflow crusher is an upgraded version of traditional fluidized bed airflow crushers, opposed jet mills, horizontal airflow crushers, and other types of airflow crushers. The equipment mainly consists of a crushing host, a high-precision vortex classifier, a cyclone collector, a bag filter, and an air compressor.
